1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered under the following conditions :
- Cancellations : If you cancel a tutoring session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund for that session.

No-Show/Failure to Attend : If you fail to attend the session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Service Quality Issues : If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the session due to any technical issues (e.g., poor video connection), you may request a refund or reschedule the session. Please contact us within 48 hours of the session to request a review of the issue.
2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps :
- Contact our facilitators and define your concerns to them.
- Provide details of the session (e.g., date, time, tutor name, and reason for refund request).
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 7–10 business days.
3. Late Cancellations or Rescheduling :
If you cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
4. Exceptions :
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- If you attended the session and are not satisfied with the content provided (unless there was an issue with the session as described above).
- If you fail to provide sufficient notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- If the issue is related to personal preferences or expectations rather than the quality of the service.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy :
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on this page with an updated effective date. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
